Hood ornaments are pure form without any function whatsoever. They are some of the most beautiful things in the universe.
I caught that image too and went to a hood ornament site. Lots of cool ornaments. I've had one on the storeroom for about twenty years and found out it was a 53 Nash. From a time when form comlimented function. I miss that.
