Actually, that girl's pretty clearly a robo-geisha (facepaint, hairstyle) so you'll be wanting to get your jetpacks from Japan. (but it'll still be assembled in China, I'll grant you that)
The problem with jetpacks so far is that you can´t carry enough fuel to make an interesting journey.
