This Week's Winner Of The 'YOU GO GIRL AWARD'





China has said it will send its first female astronaut into space on Saturday, when the Shenzhou-9 spacecraft blasts off from the Gobi desert for the country’s first ever manned space docking.
Liu Yang, a 33-year-old major in the People’s Liberation Army who entered the astronaut training program just two years ago, will take part in China’s fourth manned space launch, a spokeswoman for the country’s space program said.


I just want to see her get into a argument with the rocket pilot when he refuses to use the map to reach the International Space Station after they get lost leaving Earth? Am I perpetuating a stereotypes about riding with a woman in a spaceship I wonder if they do sex experiments now that they got a cute woman to the zero-g party room near where they store the CanadARM.

Every time China does something this technical, I'm always waiting for the bad ending to it. I feel that way about this one as well...

They no doubt have a look a like replacement to show to the media if real one does die at take-off or landing.
