Next to Sideshow Bob, Ralph Wiggum is my all time favorite Simpson's character. Sure he plays the fool but is that just a ruse? Is he a slow lump or is he five steps ahead of us at all times? Is he playing 'Yahtze' while the rest of us are playing checkers?
