I know so many of those prairie cities and towns! I see Edmonton had a whole 25,000 people in those days!

That was the big city where you went to sell your potatoes.

I know them all too. Lots of long travel on those roads without the entertainment of today and you couldn't read very long without feeling like throwing up. You slept but them you peed your pants while sleeping because of the bumps in the car ride.

Everyone peed their pantaloons as a kid. And I drank half a big jug of root beer that day. Remember when A&W had hillbilly jugs of root beer.

Yes, I DO remember those big glass hillbilly demijohns of root beer! My uncle in Regina always used to buy them for family get-togethers. I thought that was so cool and exotic, LOL! Hey, I was 10.
