12 Year Old Hamburger?

This is a fantastic but scary experiment being put on at this burger site. After a teacher used the same non-decomposed burger to teach proper nutrition to parents year after year, the legend of the undying burger has grown. Even things in my fridge go bad but apparently the same laws of nature do not apply to McDonald's MEAT! - McDonald's tasty tasty meat. Maybe there are some things we do not want to know the truth about. Follow the link below to learn more.

"Back in 2008, Karen Hanrahan, of the blog Best of Mother Earth posted a picture of a hamburger that she uses as a prop for a class she teaches on how to help parents keep their children away from junk food. A noble goal, and one I fully approve of.

The thing is, the hamburger she's been using as a prop is the same plain McDonald's hamburger she's been using for what's now going on 14 years. It looks pretty much identical to how it did the day she bought it, and she's not had to use any means of preservation. The burger travels with her, and sits at room temperature."

That's crazy. I saw a nutritionist on the Internet and she showed some 2 year old McDonald fries and they looked like they just came out of the fryer. I wish McDonalds made basketball shoes.

I don't care...show me an order of McDonald's fried and a nice crisp wonderful Fuji apple (that I love) and I'm diving face first into the fries. EVERY TIME!

Yeh, it hasn't deterred me from grabbing a quarter pounder and fries. Or Colonel chicken or a Wendy's double burger...sigh...it's just such good eating.
