I don't know how she does it but she always finds a way to surprise me - she must be a force of nature in the real world. She called me C'kal (I added the apostrophe) today in a comment and I thought, THAT would be my name of manhood on Arrakis. I have never come up with a name that I totally felt comfortable with but she nailed it on the first try. Damn her Bene Gesserit heart.

You should try spelling it C'Kal. Now that's a cool Fremen Name. It probably means something like "one who points out the humour in things" in the Fremen language.
I like that spelling. But do you think a skill like that would be found helpful in a harsh desert culture? Or would all that screwing around provoke someone to put a crysknife into my neck.
Move over Selena, there's a new crush in Cal's life.
It's good to be wanted.
(I really hope Rep reads this post... In your face, Rep! You just thought you'd get the credit you were due... lots of evil laughing in Texas tonight.)
Well you are the untouchable forbidden fruit - how can I resist? Like I said - 'force of nature'
when we first saw Dune in the eighties there was one phrase I could never wrap my lips around. It became a bit of an in joke and years later I could still enter into battle (at least on the game board) shouting "I AM THE INQUISITOR'S HAT RACK!!!!"

She's just that kind of cool. C'kal is indeed awesome.
Spooky the way she broke my whole existence down in four letters, isn't it. I can't wrap my mind around that AND the cotton.
