The Cave Of Cool New Time Travel Trunk
The time travel trunk isn't very convenient if you want a lot of leg room or bring extra gear but for those quick adventures to the 5th century you really can't beat it.

I could see a show based around some teenager who fixes up this old car and finds out the trunk has time-travel properties!
And the trunk never closes properly which leads to all kinds of adventures and misadventures.
