THANK long as it doesn't dry out the bread will say fresh on the counter for days.

I'm a twist tie guy. During the summer, it's sometimes
a good idea to keep the bread in the fridge. It gets pretty
hot in Tucson.....unless you want to rack up a giant
electric bill running the air conditioner really cold. The
bread can go south in 3 or 4 days.
