I will buy this house and rework the interior. There will be a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and everything else will be a library. Just ONE. BIG. LIBRARY.
Oh… flowers. Lots of pretty flowering trees and wild flowers and so on.
The outside will stay like that though, and I’ll find a way to keep the windows looking that way.

I am pretty sure that house is haunted.
I'd be more worried about it damaging the books. You would almost have to build another house on the inside of it, like an interior hull or something.
Forget the flowers, just a set of speakers continuously playing the Addams Family theme will do.
And make the interior really warm and modern, just for extra contrast!
I would add a huge skylight too in the middle section.
That is one great house, in the Addams family tradition. Like the skylight idea, with a cosy movie den beneath.
I would remove as many walls as I could and build a huge deck around the back of the house. I would like to have the front stairs open up like some kind of draw bridge like on the old Munster place. Too many ideas.
