Loves Me Some Basil Wolverton

Now HIS stuff would make a great coloring book. But I still think you never need anymore than a 12 color crayon box. I am not including silver or gold because they never look as silvery or goldy as you expect them too. They are a crutch you color kids out there don't need. Don't even get me started on what a waste of your time the 'sharpener' included with the box is.

You sound like a bitter, bitter man, Kal.

I would need to make it 13 colors 'cause turquoise was my favorite color when I was a kid.

I have crayon 'issues' Debra. I have been hurt by them many times. Then when I got older they invented a crayon maker that melted down all the old pieces in the crayon bucket and made the fresh and new. Where was that when I was a kid???? It's LEGO all over again.

I missed out on Barbie, which really pisses me off.

SEE, everyone. All of you have a regret or anger over something you got screwed out of as a child. I just am not afraid to talk about it.

I got one for ya Cal. I was 7, I think in 57 and I really wanted this Marx Atomic Cannon for Christmas. I was sure i was going to get it but it never showed up. I got other toys, but no atomic cannon. I was crushed, and to make it worse, my uncle, who was an artist, drew one on the tile floor we had and said I'd have to settle with that. ARRRRGGGG!

It would be the worst to see the picture on the floor everyday. That is just rubbing it in. Marx made some of the greatest toys ever. I have to scan the picture of me with my Johnny West figure. The number of accessories with those figures was unbelievable.
