The team is led by billionaire Brazilian mutant Roberto Da Costa, who went out and purchased the villainous super-science organization A.I.M. (Advanced Idea Mechanics) and transformed it into Avengers Idea Mechanics.
The first villainous threat the U.S.Avengers will face will be a villain from the future named the Golden Skull. That's how the Captain America of the future comes into play, to help out in the first story arc of the series. Ewing explains that the Golden Skull will attempt a “global kleptocracy” in his past to secure evil doings in the future.

I'm not sure even Squirrel Girl has the power to save this. The grown up daughter of Luke Cage and Jessica Jones is an intriguing concept and could have been used so much better than just making her yet another version of Captain America. Marvel is all about the retread these days.
I totally agree. We have enough CAPS out there. She should have been a new character that was a mystery and had some of the powers of her parents but something else as well. Something fresh and unique. How did she get into our past. I hate her outfit as well. The bare arms are not safe when people are firing guns at you all the time.
