The Ballad Of Cullen And Mei

Hell on Wheels does it to me again. Who would have thought that a western could be so romantic with all the sadness that is a part of any doomed relationship and still break my heart? I am so happy with how this show is ending. Two episodes left until the Golden Spike puts this show into memory. Five great seasons that were a gift to me. I am only sorry that my father missed this one. He would have nothing but praise for Anston Mount's Cullen Bohannon.

My sentiments. Really emotional episode. Watched it twice.
The scene with Chang...wow.

I am SO glad we at least got to see her sail away safe from harm. I would hate to think that they found and grabbed her and he would never know what happened to her...or we would never know.

Such a great episode. When Cullen told Mei, "stay here" and walked out of the saloon, we finally got what I have been waiting the whole series for -- Cullen taking care of business like the badass that he is. I am going to miss this show, but it has definitely had a great run.

I will miss it too but what a great scene. Even with a limp he needs only one shot to take out any one person. Chang finally got his.
