I think I will make it more of a penthouse with this exact layout. Of course by then I will work a flying motif into my superhero costume so a nice high launch point will be more practical. Don't worry though. I will always keep a cave beneath my stately manor home complete with a kitty who knows how to activate the secret staircase.
