'membe, You 'member?

That time...when the Red Skull make Captain America shoot that Department store Santa. You 'memember?? It was the best Christmas special of them all.

ALL-TIME FAVORITE cartoons ever.

I remember being in front of the TV for these in '67/'68.. My intense devotion to collecting Captain America started here.

Simply the best cartoons, actual comic panels coming to life. I have all the episodes (except Submariner) on multiple DVDs, and I take a few with me on military trips, just for relaxing in my room with pizza and brews.

I was already 17 and well into 17 yr. old stuff when the show came out, but that didn't stop me from taking the time to watch every episode. Great stuff. Was a good time in my life.

I love the songs especially the Hulk one - "...the ever-lovin' Hulk...HULK HULK."

These were slightly ahead of my time. I was more Birdman and the Galaxy Trio.

Let's just say, my Mom never had a BETTER baby sitter than this show. I was mesmerized..

I have to laugh at folks who urge Blu-Ray for these and other animated 60s cartoons. Shoot, I was LUCKY to have these in non-fuzzy B&W WITH the 'horizontal hold' working with rabbit ear antennas, much less COLOR now.....

Bythe way, just watched the Grinch the other night on cable, re-colored a few years back. YUCK.. WAY TOO much color, practically bleeding off the screen. It was actually hard to watch, seemed more like watching the digitized 'Yellow Submarine' than Grinch. I prefer the older, more subtle coloring, the untouched prints..
