Again With The Bears

No one can touch the bears because the bears get angry. Those precious little snowflakes, everyone should care about the feelings of the bear and makes sure only the softest toilet paper is provided for their outdoor toilets - well according to the commercials - and the cloths they seem to wear to their jobs in the city. WHO THE HELL ARE THESE CHARMIN BEARS ANYWAYS???
