Best Trailer Yet For This Film

It really matters how you edit a trailer to generate excitement. I have seen these scenes many times but never have I seen them put together in such an interesting way. I have gone from 'meh' to 'hell ya' with this one. I think I can sit through the dark parts to finally get to the dawn. I love the way that Bruce is all beat up at the beginning of this one. Nothing I love better than a good redemption story.

A redemption story would be in keeping with the message of the first film "Why do we fall? To learn how to get back up." I like Levitt as a "good cop" after having seen so many corrupt ones in the last two movies. I could see him as a Robin/Nightwing type figure, carrying on Batman's work in the event of the Dark Knight's demise.

I also dig the shot of Batman being hit with all the lights in the tunnel. It make him appear quite vulnerable.

I wish they would have room to have a Batgirl rise with this Nightwing and a Robin. Then we could have had a killer Catwoman/Batgirl scrap utilizing unique martial arts choreography tailer made to each actresses strengths.

I think "Kick-Ass" killed any chance we had at a kid sidekick in a "serious" superhero movie. Lord knows they were never going to do 20-something Robin after the Schmaucher movies.
