Loves Me Some Magneto

I always enjoyed the fact that the mutant hunting Sentinels were made even partially out of metal. How does that work against quite possibly the strongest mutant ever who has the ability to control metal and magnetism? The Sentinels were a government program so that answers my question I suppose.
