I know what I wanted. I know what I expected. But THIS? It's weird but it COULD work. I need to see it in action. I really just don't know. I mean the costume is a LIGHT CONSTRUCT so it should shimmer I guess. Ryan looks okay as Hal Jordan. I just honestly don't know. Can I see Sinestro or is Hector Hammond the only villain. They always have two villains, right?

I don't know. He strikes me more as a Kyle Raynor than a Hal Jordan. I picture Hal as older and more stocky and less. . .lithe.
I agree with Budd, he does seem more of a Kyle Raynor type.
However, apparently, the main villain in this story is going to be...Parallax? Really?
Apparently it was announced at SDCC this week.
He looks like Automan.

NO NO NO MJenks - the main villain in the first movie HAS to be Sinestro who first trains Jordan and then turns on him and the entire corp so that the rookie Green Lantern can save OA, the Gaurdians and the corps. I hope they don't screw this one up. GL has a very special place in my heart.
Let me clear some stuff up...first, SDCC is next week, so nothing has been announced yet. I'm sure their will be news on GL, just what we don't know yet (Unless your a psychic squid...lol) Second, I think Paralax is the villian, and Hammond and Sinestro willl slowly develop into villians by the third act of the movie, setting up the future of the franchise. Third, there are only 6 known set shots so far... I wanna judge, but it may be a bit too soon. Lets see what the footage looks like a bit in the future. Sometimes you gotta actaully see stuff in motion to see how it will all turn out... I have high hopes for this one as well... lets see!!!!
