The Bathroom From The Shining Is Actually Pretty Nice Looking

I would love to take a crap here. Or a shower. Or a crap followed by a shower. Then of course someone who is possessed by some of the demons in the house will kill me with cliches and steak knives.

1) The interiors of the Overlook Hotel were (as you may know) entirely constructed from scratch at Elstree Studios in Borehamwood England, but the room designs were based on meticulous research into hundreds of hotels and other buildings in the American Northwest.

2) Does your "cliches" remark indicate a dislike of the movie? Because that would be a problem.

Now, just the lines and mannerisms that have become horror cliches since the movie came out. It's one of the those benchmarks that people keep trying to replicate but never will be able too. Love me some Kubrick with Dr Strangelove being my favorite of course.

It's all fun and games until you accidentally french-kiss an old dead woman.
