Follow the link to see many different versions of the FF origin. One of the great things about Marvel is that over the decades and the numerous 'reboots' to their universe, they haven't really varied from the original story and whenever they tried to, the attempts failed. If it's not broke, don't fix it. Always a great reliable cast of characters whose adventures thrilled from childhood.

This trailer for one of the 90s cartoons is just about the most terrible theme song I have ever heard. This is an earworm that will torture you for days.

The classic cartoon adaptation from the 1960s was the stuff I loved to watch in those early You Tube days. The school was the first place that had Internet access so I would do work in the classroom after hours just to watch cartoons and music videos ON DEMAND. What a glorious thing I had discovered.

And of course who can forget the time that they feared that if kids saw the Human Torch then they would light themselves on fire. So goodbye Johnny and hello HERBIE, the worst sidekick since Scrappy-Doo.

I bet you're looking forward to the new movie coming out (rhetorical question).

I am interested in their take. I was totally against it but then I saw the trailer and I was impressed. The sneak peak at the THING has me intriqued. I will watch so if it's terrible then I can bitch.
