In 1966, I was collecting Beatles bubblegum cards. Paul was dreamy! Batman just couldn't compete.

Norman Saunders was one of the greatest Pulp cover artists in history. When the pulps folded he moved into (among other things) trading cards.

He also painted the Mars Attacks cards,
