It's True If You Believe It

On July 1st, 1867, Shania Eileen Regina Edwards Twain formed the Dominion of Canada. In 1982 she passed the Canada Act that allowed the country full independence from Britain. Today the country is one of the wealthiest in the world with the tenth highest global income.
