White is the result of mixing all visible colored light or the reflection of this result, it’s also achieved by certain naturally occurring pigments in the case of oil, latex or gouache paints. White is technically the absence of color when dealing with CMYK or CMYKrgb ink processing but is replaced by the substrate that it is printed on such as papers or canvas.
