Some drunk idiot wrapped in a blanket is drunk and asleep on the front yard. Poor bastard gets tazed several times and has the dog turned on him while three cops have their knees on his head. WAKEY WAKEY! I mean give a brother a half second to wake up and adhere to your commands before you turn SWAT on him. I can see why Officer McTwitchy only got one episode of his adventures. Overkill is never good public relations.

Cops go way overboard, especially in BC. Many are total morons, although I do appreciate their good work. When they do it.
It's a lot of power and control to put in one person's hands. It's easy to get drunk on the power.
