Finally A Way To Travel That Is Less Germy

 

This died out when people realized they could just get off their covered scooter and walk. To hell with the rain or snow. There's another thing wrong with these 'vehicles'. One cm of snow and they aren't going anywhere. They would be low emission vehicles aside from the gasses the people themselves create. And no passengers yammering in your ear about nothing during the entire drive. Finally some peace and quiet in my own little bubble.
