My Collection Of Cool Is FULL Of Treasures Like These Two Guys

When I was 12 I was shipped off for two weeks of swimming lessons at my Aunt's place in Pinawa Manitoba. It's the sight of one of Canada's nuclear power plants and there is nothing around this town for miles and miles in case there is an accident. Of course we would die if something got wrong but the rest of the Province would be saved. I hated to wake up early to swim out to a pontoon in the middle of a cold lake. If you make it to the pontoon and back you passed. If you didn't, you died. So these models were the best thing about those retched times.

Well, clearly you learned how to make it out to the pontoon and back every day, so I'd say those swimming lessons were a success!
