I so remember everyone being excited for this show. Afterwards none of us would admit how truly crappy it was - an opinion that has only increased over the years. It's a trainwreck of an abomination.

How they got Art Carney to be in that train wreck will remain a mystery, hopefully never to be unearthed.
The only way you can get through it now is to watch the RiffTrax version.
I have to do that sometime. I barely got through the Boba Fett cartoon yesterday.
