Last Day Of Teaching This Week

I am always totally drained when I get home because I put all my time and attention into the students when I am there. Sometimes so much that I break into a sweat. I wish I could get that under control because it's not pleasant to look at by anyone and I can't function without my roll of paper towels. I suspect it's part nerves and part enthusiasm and part the result of my exercise, medication and diet regimen that has me metabolizing energy all day long. I just got fresh blood tests so I need to catch up with my South African Doctor (the only kind of Doctors I ever seem to have) to see what can be done. With me, however, it's always something that will stress me out. I don't have to be at work for four more hours but I am already freaking out about how things will go with both my tutoring and regular class. It's a delicate balance between treating them as adults and expecting them to do the study they need to do. I test their skills all the time to give them constant feedback. I think that is how I can be of the most use.
