Great song from the most underappreciated musical Seven Brides For Seven Brothers. Those are some gloomy, lovesick mountainboys and it's gonna be a loooong winter of just 'shoveling your own wood'. If you catch where I am drifting my notion.

My Mom used to watch this movie. I've seen it all the way through once. There's a fight scene that's pretty funny. Ols musicals like this and 'Paint Your Wagon' (with Lee Marvin) are classics.
It's all so choreographed, even the fight scene where they dance before raising the barn. Too funny.
All in one take, too.
