Weird Or Compelling?
Yulia Viktorovna Vins, or Julia Vins, as she is known in the online bodybuilding and powerlifting communities, is a 17-year old Russian powerlifter who recently shot to Internet fame after a series of photos showing her doll-like face and impressive physique went viral.

Its tough to say. Obviously she's good at this, but even on a man I find it somewhat unnerving when their arms are thicker than their neck.
Perhaps. But let's just see her in the Power Girl outfit first before we make ANY decisions.
That first photo is obviously doctored. No one's eyes are THAT big.
