What Do You Mean This Isn't REAL?

The Tumblr page I found this on had to remind me TWICE in BOLD LETTERS and EXTRA EXCLAMATION POINTS that this trailer was in no way REAL!! It's a good thing someone told me that because I would have been totally fooled.
