Under The Sea
Marge has the best final line in this one. She usually encourages everything Homer ever does no matter how bizarre the scheme (just like Wilma does to Fred Flintstone) but THIS time she is putting her foot down. NO LIVING UNDER THE SEA!!

Apparently Homer never gave up the dream, because a later episode that takes a look into the future has him buying an underwater house and Marge temporarily splitting up with him because of it.
