Oh, thanks for the memory of the twirly comics rack at the pharmacy when I was a kid! "Don't read the comics, this isn't a library!"

I miss those spinner racks. I wish I had one in my house. It was the best part of going past the corner store on the way home from school.

When I saw that, I hoped that it was in your cave. I remember the comic rack in the Revco drugstore. Hovered around it like a moth to a flame. 1957 till 1964 were my hayday comic years. Then Jr. High set in and had to hit it when I could.

Those were good years for comics. If you had waiting a year or do longer you would have been a MARVEL junkie beause that was when the first of their great characters came out.

I know! Luckily, I kept up with Thor, X-Men, Fantastic Four and a few others after that. The Metal Men too.
