It seem I have been finding cool new songs all this week. Katie's site showcased this and I had to steal it from her to post on my own site. I love the lead singer's voice. Her vocals and this song could be confused for an early Sarah McLaughlin.
This music has no video that I can see but this song inspires one in me.
The time - Revolution.
The place - Steampunk Europe.
I would have zeppelins fill the sky as the invasion begins. Ground based artillery are filling the skies with shells to knock down these airships.
The lead singer and her party jump from one of the zeppelins and fly down to the ground on maneuverable giant bat winged gliders. They speed down in a great arcing curve and when they get closer to the ground they adjust and fly low along the streets of the city, scooting between buildings as they try to avoid many slower and larger steam punk flying machines. Several of the enemy flying machines hit buildings as they are not able to adjust - scratch any pursuit.
The revolutionaries are able to get ahead of them and land their gliders in a park.
From there they are running and fighting through the narrow paths and trees until they reach the stone wall far ahead of them.
They are protected by electronic, Tesla designed force fields and the enemy bullets hit the shields many times but to no effect and to any observer it is like bugs hitting a bug zapper - that look. The enemy weapons are useless against this tech.
However it's also obvious that these glowing people can move faster than normal humans and they reach the stone wall with no casualties, leaving their pursuers on horseback in the dust.
The two biggest guys run towards the wall when the music is slowing down. They are filmed in slow motion, their power shield's increasing in intensity till they look like balls of lightning. As the film speeds up in pace with the song they get faster and faster and brighter and brighter until they SMASH through the stone wall blasting a hole in it.
The lead singer runs into the hole at now blistering speed - not Flash speed but 3 times the speed of a normal person - their tech allows them this power. Towards the side of one of the larger buildings in the military compound she runs. We see what her eyes and speed are focused on - a young man just about to be executed by firing squad.
She reaches him just as the commander of the firing squad yells "FIRE!". The prisoner just sees something glowing out of the corner of his eye. In slow motion we see her reach out and grab the young man and pull him from the path of the bullets before the bullets hit him.
She continues running with him then for the opposite stone wall from the one that was destroyed. A rope ladder drops in front of them and the two are whisked away by the equivalent of a steam punk helicopter which has them safe before anyone can realize what just happened.
The whole things would move very fast with the action going into slow motion when we need to see clearly what is happened.

First time anyone's stolen anything from me. Thanks man!
Okay, so once you're in Hollywood and you've got your suit and your BMW, you're going to have to visit some recod companies as well and make pitches.
Man, You're going to be busy!
Hell I can knock those out on a longh weekend...No biggie. I just write them and design the look. There are a lot of other people who will work harder for me.
But a good idea right? You think?
On and Katie - how could I not...that song is great. Downright awesome even
