The Return Of Bruce Wayne

Currently in the comics, Bruce Wayne/Batman is travelling through time attempting to make it back to his home in modern day Gotham City. Along the way he lands at various periods of history where he can't help but adopt a 'Batman identity' that is time specific.

These figures represent the costumes he wore on that journey. You can see that the costumes/figures are awesomely detailed. I am a sucker for well made figures and especially ones that take a different approach to the characters. They don't look like Batman we are used to but you take one look and you know exactly which hero they are. My pre-order is already in.

So where on (prehistoric?) earth did Bruce Wayne find a giant bat?

That one's my favourite.

They had them back then. What is ya, ignorant?

I love any of these alternate elseworld type of identities. I have most of the recent ones like the 'Gotham By Gaslight' Victorian Batman and the 'Blue, the Grey and the Bat' cowboy with horse.

Hah - I wonder why Bruce would spend the time to make ALL his outfits Bat-related?

He has just got a hard-on for that design motif regardless of the age he is in.
