I am sure that Batman will be fair with the owners if they insure that each girl comes out to dance wearing knee high boots and cape. Wearing the cowel will be optional. They can also dance in the costume of any female bat villain like Catwoman or Poison Ivy.
I think this compromise is reasonable.
