Speaking Of Kate Bush

"You're like my Yo-Yo, that glowed in the dark. What made it special, made it dangerous."

Sometimes you forget how cool these goofy videos were back in the day. What was Kate thinking? Did she think she could pass for twelve? But Donald Sutherland and his steampunk weather machine? That is inspired.

I have loved Kate Bush since I first heard her sing Wuthering Heights back in 1979.

I love that book. I read it about the same time that she did that song. The beautiful Catherine and the moody brooding Heathcliff? Gloomy times on the Moors? Death and sadness in a story where EVERYONE suffers? How could I resist it?
