I remember going to University and getting one of these dessert when I had my earliest morning classes in a particular building and the kiosk sold these huge slices for a good price. I forgot about this dessert for years but finding the picture on someone's Facebook feed tonight has gotten me in the mood for pineapple.

Oh yeah. Looks pretty good. I was thinking a nice slice of New York cheesecake would go pretty good right now.
