The Tyranny Of The Weigh-In And Tuesday's From The Toybox

I worked really hard these past two weeks to actually lose weight instead of gain. I have my Doctor's weigh in tomorrow and I am just feeling anxious and oppressed knowing that the judgement is coming. Only sharing some toys that may or may not be a current part of my collection is all that can bring me joy today.

Don't be too freaked out about the number you're given tomorrow. It is only a number and doesn't reflect what's really happening inside your body. You've barely begun to change 46 years of habitual living. It takes time.

You want it bad enough. I know that you do. It will happen.

Whaaaat, you still bench-pressing Buicks..?

Which arm, left or right..?

Being an Army dude, I'm forced to take PT tests twice a year. The pistol qualifications are great for stress reduction as well.

Best of luck, sir.

See, that makes sense to me. Give me a sword and have something or s9someone attack me for ten minutes. If I kill it sooner than that I get to sit. At one time in history I would be concidered a great man for my broad expansive girth.
