West Jet Christmas Miracle

West Jet is a great airline from Calgary that hit my holiday sweet spot in a way I thought only the Grinch Who Stole Christmas could. Just look at the look of wonder and magic as people realized what was happening. And how much of a goof does the guy who only asked for socks and underwear feel like after that family got to take home a big TV. I also wonder if I asked for a SPECIFIC Monster High doll from the Blue Santa would they have been able to get it in the five hour flight from Toronto to Calgary. I assume they looked only in Calgary for the gifts. Now I want to know more about the mechanics of this event.
