Freeway 2 - Confessions of a Trick Baby (1999). Awesome title but not as good as our returning champion - Breaking 2 - Electric Boogaloo. Looks like Natasha Lyonne has been in cuff before she got her role on Orange Is The New Black. She got a taste for life inside the walls...and she liked it.
