You have no idea how much I want one of these Soviet space helmets. I saw one (obviously a replica) for sale cheap in a Berlin curio shop a year after the Berlin wall came down. It was 'soviethatapalooza' in that place and I missed out. GAH!
This picture of hats from the former East Germany comes from Joe's Blog, one of my very favorite personal blogs out there. It's a strange energy that surrounds people I find interesting and this girl certainly projects that.

I'll take one of those helmets but only if I get to use it. Space travel will always be my favorite dream. :)
