He Was A Good Cat

It's been two weeks today since I have seen Admiral Fluffy. I hate to say it but it's getting close to thinking the worse. If he found something better then I am happy for him. If he met with an untimely end, I hope it was quick and that he didn't suffer. I will be writing a must longer post about this magical creature when it stops hurting so much just to think about him. Thank you all for your kind words and prayers.

I'm truly sorry for you. I still hope he returns, but you know we are all here for you to lean on. You've made us all care for that scrappy soldier.

I'm still harboring some hope, but in any case, we're with you in spirit all the way. This brings back sad memories for me, and I'm sure for your other friends that comment too. Take care of yourself in this time of pain.

Hey Cal - do you have any outbuildings near you? A friend of mine just told me that her cat disappeared a week ago today and they called and called and hunted for her to no avail. She said they were opening the shed to get the mower out and out came the cat...skinny and wanting food and water...but she was hiding in there and got locked in...either way, thoughts are with you...sad to see you sad.

I am very sorry for your loss. =(

Over here, it's rumoured that cats sometimes run away when it's time for them to die, so that their owners don't feel too sad because you won't see them die. Although that has happen to people I know, it has never happened to me. I'm sure it feels terrible not knowing what happens to your beloved kitty.

Hugs, big man. I hope he still finds his way home, but if he doesn't, may wherever he is be a good place.

I agree with what Mow said.

I too am sorry for the loss of your beloved companion and most especially for the unfairness of possibly never knowing what happened.

May he find all the treats, toys and prey he could ever desire wherever he may have gone to.

Mourn him but do celebrate the times you had together--that is how his memory will stay strong!

Nothing to say that has not been said here.

Sorry for you,

I salute Admiral Fluffy for being a true friend and companion to you. I think he knew it was time and didn't want you to be overcome with his leaving, cats ad dogs are smarter than us in so many ways.
Peace my friend.

Have you posted any missing cat signs around the neighborhood? Maybe someone has him but doesn't know where he goes?

I am still hoping that he will find his way back to you. And, if not, that he is happy somewhere. Purrs to you.

Sorry to hear it Kal... I'm sure he wouldn't have abandoned you..he must be well lost or 'he met with an untimely end'.

He was the best. I realized how great he was and how much he brought to my daily life. I just never suspected my life would feel this empty without him in it.
