So I Finally Found Them
Sometimes, if you are a really good person, the Universe allows you to find these two comics in MINT condtion. For those of you not in the know that is the first appearance of Deadpool and Cable respectively. HOT HOT stuff to the collector out there. Gonna get them graded.

Excellent news! That's your retirement sorted then ;-) Or at least the next wave of new addition to The Cave Of Cool.
Keep us posted how you get on having them graded and then finding a collector with deeeeeep pockets!
Of course. I have a good friend locally who gets books graded in Calgary all the time so he is going to help me out and he has the connections to sell it for a great price.
This is all sounding very promising.
