Tanit Phoenix certainly looks the part but as with all things, it's not so until the papers are signed. If she is, however, the kind of person they are looking to star in the new Wonder Woman television series then I have hope that the producers are taking this thing seriously.
I always said it should be an unknown that is chosen for the lead role. We don't need someone bringing their past acting baggage with them. I want to be able to enjoy this without seeing Barney from 'How I Met Your Mother'. Sorry Cobie, you just ain't right for the role anymore.

I think casting an unknown is the only way you can go with this new TV series. I am interested in seeing how this all unfolds because if they are TALKING about it then they are closer to actually putting this show on the air.
Julia Voth would be so much better in the role, & the costume!
