Wonder Woman Pilot?
"In a surprising reversal of fortune, news broke last night that NBC is moving forward on David E. Kelley’s Wonder Woman show and has ordered a pilot. While it doesn’t mean the show will be on the schedule, this is a important step forward in getting a show made."
My hope is that in the second year they introduce Wonder Girl and that Selena Gomez gets the part.

Shit. Of all the people who have come and gone through the Wonder Woman movie/teevee show revolving door, the one who gets to go to pilot is David E. Kelley, who has never yet created a show that I didn't hate. This sucks.
He is annoying to me too but do we make a deal with the devil just to see something? Maybe he will hire the right people to work with him? Maybe his passion for the project will get it the fans it needs to stay on the air? Or will it be 'Boston Legal' with bulletproof bracelets? I think I am feeling your pain now.
See, I hate Kelley's writing, his plotting, his characterization, pretty much everything about every show he's ever run. He piles on "quirky" upon "quirky", and his apparent idea of "character" is "everybody's got their own way of being an asshole". Seriously, I can't recall a single David E. Kelley character who isn't an asshole. And I do not want Wonder Woman (or Steve Trevor) to be assholes!
Is there any hope for us?
