In this season of consumption there are a few things that I actually look forward to seeing this time of year - The Grinch (cartoon only), 'Sound of Music', 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang' and this commercial for Canadian telecom giant Telus. Their phone service is terrible and they treat their employees like indentured servants but they did create this great commercial. It doesn't keep them out of Hell but should mitigate the punishment they receive while there.

With the resurgence of this song in the past couple of years, I hope the original singer, Gayla Peevey, is getting paid. Something tells me she's not, but I'm hopeful...
